Shipping policy

Once your order leaves our studio Hialeah Fine Jewelry is not responsible for the package if it is lost, damaged or stolen during transit. You are responsible to keep up with tracking of your package. We will file claims on packages once we are alerted by you that there has been an issue. The outcome of the claim does not change our burden of responsibility if the shippers response is unfavorable.
