We do not process returns. Once your order has been placed, please contact Lanie Ferrans (HialeahFineJewelry@gmail.com) for any questions. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once your package leaves our studio you are responsible for tracking your package.

Damages and issue
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
