Current Wait Time Information 6 plus months and why...

We know wait times are on everyone minds. They're on ours too. Currently we are battling a high wait. And I'll explain exactly why...We have some large studio accounts that are VERY backed up and you know who you are. Along side our larger orders we have ALOT of small orders. All of which are welcomed and appreciated BUT backed up nonetheless. Here's a detailed why...

Our high wait comes from a number of reasons first being we are a team of two. Secondly, we're seeing a ripple affect that really started for us with the tariffs. We had a pause plus a high price increase on a lot of our Gemstones as they come from our main supplier (we all know them and love them. Family run, small, honest, amazing.) whose main offices are in India. And then who could forget we had a baby aaannnnd then gold started going wild. Which ended up going up rapidly which put a strain on the entire system in which we work in from the top down. Our gold orders were not being fulfilled by our suppliers in a timely manner (or as quick as they previously did. We understood what was happening so we waited) we could not return our scrap which is a big part of how we operate and that left us just being sort of pushed back and under the gun at the same time. Orders that were once one price doubled in price at one point and we had to make up the difference. On a large amount of orders and still are! Weird but we did it, we’re doing it. It’s happening.  And now, here we are a few months on, as gold has become less volatile distros are running smoothly. Getting out chain we need and we are finally able to back track and fulfill older orders who were stuck in the worlds muck. Tariffs are still in effect but we have found a way to navigate that as best as we can (eating tons of cost, y'all paying tons of costs- a mess.) and still are learning as we go. 

We in spite of the world we can not control we have total control and full confidence in us at Hialeah. Every day we are getting out your orders and even creating new things. Our next drop has been planned and while working our regular Mon-Fri 8am-7pm we have been pulling double time to bring something new and fun in the middle of all other things we have going. We are shaking and moving and LOVE what we do and LOVE all of you.
